Online Classes
Our online classes (including SHiNE, SHiNE LIGHT, and UPLIFT) offer full-body workouts with cardio and toning routines that feel like a party. Online classes are not only fun and effective, they also have high-def video and quality sound to ensure you get the best home-workout experience. Get unlimited playbacks of full 1-hour and express classes so you can workout whenever and wherever you want! Plus, all memberships come with an invitation to join our supportive online community so you can stay connected and motivated.

SHiNE LIGHT uses all the same routines you’ll find in SHiNE, but with reduced impact, increased stability and modified moves to meet your needs as a student.
