It’s our goal to turn fitness loathers into lovers and fitness lovers into raving fans…and this is how we do it:

QUALITY: Students and instructors who are new to our programs share with us how blown away they are with the level of quality, resources and value they receive from our team. We love to exceed expectations in every area from instructor trainings and events to online classes and choreography.

CONNECTION: Our team puts a lot of effort into creating opportunities for our community to connect in our private Facebook groups, monthly community Zoom calls, instructor summits, retreats, and so much more.

INCLUSIVITY: We genuinely value our diverse community and we work every day to maintain an environment where students and instructors feel safe to show up unapologetically as their authentic selves.

Hi there – Kendall here! Let me take moment to brag on this lean, mean and oh-so-passionate team. Fun fact, each team member happens to be a SHiNE instructor. This is not a requirement, but over the years as our instructor base has grown so have our needs. I find that hiring within our community has been very beneficial because no one knows the brand and the mission of SHiNE Dance Fitness better than instructors who are on the front line. Each person pictured below is loyal, humble, hilarious, kind, and extremely hardworking. I am so very honored to call each and every one one of them my friend, and I’m so very excited to be on this journey with them. We are just getting started!
