  3. Hi Kendall, Australia has been in lock-down for 3 weeks now and these classes keep me active. Thank you for the music selection for this ‘solo’ class, well done! If you could add bit more lights in the background, or maybe use natural lights, it would be awesome. The screen is a bit dark on my laptop, nevertheless it does not take away the joy. Cheers.

  7. I plan to do this exercise tomorrow morning and was thinking; perhaps i should just have a short view of the class. Thank you very much Kendall for always providing the best content for all of us. Social Distancing, Control Movement Order…whatever they call it, we are in this together and we will get through this hard time!
