Join us for the SHiNE ONLINE Instructor Training! The Certification is for anyone wanting to become a SHiNE Instructor or just to learn better fundamentals and improve your experience as a student. Being a SHiNE DANCE FITNESS Instructor is so rewarding. You literally change lives for the good and help others be their best from the inside out.

We created online trainings because we know it is not always possible to attend a LIVE training due to distance, time and or money. We wanted to ensure that despite the training being remote it is still very interactive and creates community. We do this by sending you out a weekly email during your 3 week self study training. We also offer a private Facebook group so you and the other participants can learn and support one another. Our goal is for you to complete the training with all the tools and resources you need to start your own SHiNE community.Here is what to expect:
1) Sign up here! You’ll immediately be able to download the training Liability Waiver from the MyAccount>>Downloads page. Please print, sign and email a picture of the signature back to [email protected]

2) Participants will receive the starter playlist, along with tutorials and choreo notes on Day 1 of training.
3) Official start date of the training is the 1st of the month. You will receive an email with all the study materials for the Introduction Session along with an a link to our private Facebook group for the training.
4) Going forward you will receive an email on the 8th and 15th to review the previous weeks material along with your new material and assignment for the current week.
5) Your last email will be received on the 22nd. This email will give provide you with the next steps on becoming a SHiNE instructor.
6) Once you have completed the training you will receive a certificate completion. (AFAA – 11 CEU’s).
7) In order to become a SHiNE instructor you are required to submit a video of you teaching the SHiNE warm up and 2 routines. You will receive an evaluation form back with feedback.
8) Once You have received your evaluation you have the green light to join the Instructor Portal and start SHiNING!
