SHINE ONLINE classes are not only fun, effective, and engaging but offer our students high-definition video and quality sound to ensure the best experience possible. We offer unlimited playbacks of our 1-hour and 30-minute classes so students can SHiNE whenever and wherever they want! Oh and by the way our online classes have an awesome community! We provide a Private Facebook Group just for the online students to get connected and inspire one another.

You will have two new Full 1-hour classes each week, plus Express classes which are shorter 30-45 minute versions. Each class has its own playlist so they are unique but also carryover songs from prior weeks to provide consistency. The Full Hour playlist has about 16 current and popular hip-hop, rock, and pop songs. The choreography is original and will not be found anywhere else. The videos are streamed in High Definition (HD) with great quality sound and incorporate a wide-angle lens, allowing you to experience the full class dynamic. We always attempt to provide you with non-offensive class music, however recognize that even ‘clean’ songs may still contain suggestive lyrics. Our goal is to provide a classes for everyone.

Although you might not be in the studio with us, we know you are out there and we want to connect! All SHiNE™ Online Members can have access to our Private Facebook Group ‘SHINE™ Online’. This gives us an opportunity to share our successes, our struggles, thoughts, comments, stories and inspire one another. Despite the distance and any differences we all have a common love of Dance which brings us together. We can’t wait to SHiNE™ with you!

SHiNE Class and Tutorial videos are only hosted through the website. They are not available directly through Roku, Amazon, or other video streaming services. However, there are many options available for using your TV as a monitor for internet based content like SHiNE. Some of these include:

  1. HDMI Cable – Unless you already have one of the below options up and running, the simplest method is to direct connect your mobile device or laptop directly to one of your TV’s HDMI port.  This only requires that you have a compatible cable between the two devices.  Check with your device manufacture for recommended cables. 
  2. AppleTV – Using Apple’s AirPlay you can easily ‘mirror’ the screen of your iPhone, iPad, or Mac to your TV screen.  Streaming from your Mac with a hardwired internet connection is best, but a mobile device works too with a strong Wifi signal.  Apple Support provides detailed instructions here
  3. Google Chromecast – Using Chromecast, Chromecast Ultra, or TV with Chromecast built-in you can easily ‘cast’ from your PC or Android device to your TV screen.  Google Support provides detailed instructions here
  4. Roku – Some Roku devices support the ‘mirror’ feature from a PC or Android device. Roku Support provides compatibility information and detailed instructions here
  5. Amazon Fire TV or Fire TV Stick – Download the Mozilla Firefox app from the Amazon Appstore. Mozilla Support provides detailed instructions here
  6. iWebTV – For iOS devices, this 3rd party app allows you to watch web based online videos on your TV via Chromecast, AppleTV (4+ Gen), Roku or Fire TV.  See the Apple App Store for more details here.

Yes our website supports mobile devices, however the pages may look a little different. It is also recommended that you use a quality wi-fi connection. HD videos run poorly over cellular networks.

Normally, new videos will be added twice a week. They are posted by Wednesday and Saturday mornings (USA Time Zones). Some weeks may only have videos posted once depending upon our live class schedule.

Yes, all new SHiNE Online Memberships get a 3-day free trail during which you can cancel at no cost. After the trial period, your regular monthly or yearly billing will automatically occur. Generally, there are no discounts given. However, yearly subscription plans will save you approximately 15%!

Billing automatically renews and is month-to-month or year-to-year, depending on the subscription purchased. You can cancel at anytime, but sorry no refunds after the initial 3-day free trial for partial month/year usage. Note that after cancellation you will still have access to member-only content until your final billing’s subscription period runs out, i.e. – end of the current month or year you purchased.

We only accept electronic payments through our website’s store. Payments are accepted from all major credit and/or debit card companies. PayPal is also accepted, however this payment method is more difficult to support as SHiNE will not have access to your PayPal account information if billing issues arise.

Yes, in the My Account >> Subscription area you are able to Upgrade or Downgrade your membership plan to a different level or billing term.  Note that all upgrades will be prorated, however downgrades are not.

In the My Account >> Subscription area you are able to Cancel or Suspend your membership subscription.  Account suspensions will block future payments and access to our website’s member only areas, but can be re-enabled at a later date. An account can be Suspended one-time per billing period. Cancelled accounts will need to be re-activated.  No refunds are provided for early cancellations.
